Its officially new years eve now and I’ve just realize the year is quietly coming to an end ... feels like time has just fast-forward itself and the end is finally here. 

Although this isn’t our usual video clip with all the year’s photos and songs in the background as we usually have it (as I have no idea how to even use movie maker), I’ve decided to summaries one whole year in one entry because as you can see my boredom is killing me.

Let’s hear me blabbing about my life, starting from…

Well, heading off as VCE was a big starter as most of us had experienced completing a first unit 3&4 this year. Most of us had encountered our stress levels as SAC was haunting constantly and exams in the end, which left me shaking haha At least, well I hope we don’t need to climb that hideous starts up the ngali centre ever again with our jam pack books breaking our backs in our bags! I wonder how I’d be next year, I can predict wearing my glasses every day, bag all full with textbooks and trying to being the ultimate “nerd wannabe” !

I’m starting to panic about year 12 when An wrote the email, referring the particular year as
“the one year in our life that our future depends on”. Then I read a quote from somewhere that made me motivated quite frankly

The winner says “it may be difficult, but it’s possible”

The losers say “it may be possible, but it’s too difficult”

So a.m.a.n.d.a.h, “fight-oh” for the last year of being as a group together!

I think our group has truly become a closer and stronger friendship group. Yes angela your goal has pretty much happened throughout the year I hope =] hopefully we would enjoy one more year together of just mucking around and having fun! Plus I love our friendship bracelet, it’s so pretty!!!!

And let’s all hope an would still be over angela by 2009! as if it will ever stop, why am I hoping what’s not possible in that corrupted mind of hers  =P everyone hit her each time she touches one of us!!!

Hrmm this year we went to all sorts of places like rialto tower, flinders park, brighton beach, open days (tax all the blue&green balloons!, “did anyone say free popcorn and nutrient water??” … run!), hp, marian formal (gotta love the limo <3 and how random was it making at pit stop at highpoint, all because we were thirsty? =] and Melrose and I reinacting kevin’s dance move), cocktail prom (the food was the … wait for it (Barneys style)... BEST!!! =D and angela, remember on the dance floor when we first saw a lesb couple kissing we were like “wtf???”, then turned around on the exact spot and saw another lesb couple  kissing LMAO we were indeed trapped in this scary dance floor society*shivers*) , Melrose’s music performances (we all remember the moment Melrose got off the stage and singing “you raise me up” to jack! poor little bugga =D), the temple festival (handing out lanterns to children, and one for myself! “tet trung thu!”), crown, taekwondo dinner thingy (it was indeed not semi-formal *cough nhu cough* ==’’, as mostly everyone wore casual in the hall while our table wore all dresses, how odd did we feel that night, but how hilarious was the video clip “the bullying one” with the basketball and 3 bullies! + Melrose was like “woah an looks HOT… on an angle” lol), nhus birthday party at flinders (water fight!!! Kevin having a full water bottle while nhu’s response o_O” which therefore left her drenched the whole day and sick the following days), an’s birthday at crown (twilight = huong and Melrose dream come true = Edward Cullen <3) ... and plenty more =]

Must congratulate the dance crew for sure, you and your sexy body rolls =P im talking about you angela!  You guys pretty sure know how to dance, as for me soccer last year was pretty much enough, draining out all my energy level! I need a new hobby next year… I can’t wait till footscray festivals as Melrose, nhu and I can watch the performances if everyone is still continuing the dominate pulse crew. Asian festivals, here we come!

We had the chance to meet diep’s friends this year, like kevin, nick, adrian … and they pretty much hanged out with us quite a lot. You guys are pretty awesome*thumbs up* everyone can admit kevin’s hugs are pretty much the hug of death lol my back felt like cracking at once stage.  Plus Nick, your skateboard skills are so extreme&mad, I’m still trying to improve my jumping skill (olly?) but hopelessly fall whenever I’m trying to accomplish it.  This year I think I fell off my skateboard so many times I’ve lost count. The longest time I’ve skated was 2 hours with Dung while she jogged. It was undeniably tiring ><  Now skating was my initial hobby for 2008 but I completely failed, hopefully I’ll think of a better hobby for 2009.

As for my family Cindy is starting kindergarten next year, she would beat all the children because we’ve already taught her how to write, read, talk English and she’s already acing colours and numbers. Let alone she’s only four!  If you visit my house, you would constantly hear her sing lady Gaga’s wacky songs,  dora the explorer and pokemon LOL  As dora the explorer is kinder an interactive show which teaches you learn, I noticed that the character always talks in Spanish too o_O I hear my little sister talking Spanish quotes sometime  like “voi bene, santé santé ” (sounds Italian though) and think to myself err  …..‘what the hell???’

 she’s certainly growing up faster than I thought. Julies going to be in grade 4 and tina’s in grade 3 next year. Oh yer I brought cindy to her orientation at the kindergarten last time and as I predicted most children would never want to be left alone, cindy in other case told me “chi huong go home, and pick me up later okai” o_O’’ I replied “cindy I can’t leave you here, it’s only your look around day” and she was mad at that point.

And to anglea and nick, you guys are cute! No Melrose, stop trying to tax him, go for jack instead *wink* I’m looking around my room and notice I have a load of ft island and Pikachu posters up. I love my Pikachu collection, it varies from Pikachu keychain on my phone, Pikachu plushies, reversible Pikachu that turns into a pokeball and most of all, pikachu posters <3 shh im still a child inside, even though im considered the oldest  =]. My ultimate goal for next year’s year 12 muck up day is to dress up as Ash from pokemon! Let’s hope I will succeed.  An, remember when you printed choi minhwan poster, you said when I wake up and look at his face I would say “goodmorning choi minhwan!” when you told that I laughed hysterically.

But our biggest obsession, which all started when we started reading the twilight collection, being mesmerized by the perfection of Edward Cullen!  We all question to ourselves, is there even anyone in this world as perfect as he is? The movie was totally …. Awesome!!! Unlike some people that didn’t like it *cough cough* but Melrose, we both agreed that, it was the best!!! <3

And also about my Christmas, as usual it was the usual opening presents in the morning. As my little sister still believes in santa, my older sis and I bought them each a gift! They were suspicious though but loved the present in the end. And to glorious free public transport on that day (yes im a cheap asian), I brought all my little sisters to 2 particular parks, hopefully they had fun. I love the swing, it makes me feel like im on top of the world =] My boxing day was okai, went shopping with older sis. I bought so much stuff and it only all added up to abt 60 bucks =D my biggest sale item was a mooks bad, which the original price was 60 but I purchased it for only 15 ^^

I guess this entry is just a memory lane and hopefully I’ll enjoy my summer holiday this year. It’s the only freedom ill obtain until entering the devastating year 12.

Let’s enjoy 2009! I’ll miss 2008 memories but 2009 would be better. Here we come once again! Not sure if I’m going to planning to post anymore entries to my live journal next year, guess you’ll just have to wait and see.
